Peanut Butter Cookies on a Budget

These are the easiest cookies you’ll ever make and they are delicious! I’ve been baking them since I was a little girl and they are still one of my favorite cookies to make (and eat!)

Ingredients:

1 cup peanut butter

1 cup sugar

1 egg

Mix all ingredients. Shape into small balls, place onto ungreased baking sheet. Press fork onto cookies for a lattice look (optional). Bake at 350° for 10-12 minutes or until cookies are browned! Enjoy!
