Menu Plan, May 24-29

I’m trying to fix healthier meals by incorporating more vegetables into our diet! Last week we ate tons of salad and this week we’re continuing with the salads and I’m throwing in some more fruits and veggies!
My plan this week involves mainly foods that are cooked outside or on the stove top so we don’t have to turn the oven on! (It’s been hot in Tennessee the past few days!)
Here’s the plan:
Monday- Grilled Pork Chops with Salad and Potatoes with fresh Strawberries
Tuesday- Hot Wings & Pizza with the neighbors! (I might add salads too!)
Wednesday- Meatloaf with Broccoli and Bread
Thursday- Our Anniversary, we’ll be eating out!
Friday- BLT with Chips and Apple Slices
Saturday- Grilled Hot Dogs (it is the weekend) with Chips and Fruit
