Meal Plan, May 10-16

3 weeks after having Paxton, I’m back to meal planning! The first two weeks our family was visiting and we had friends bringing us dinner. Last week we just kind of fixed whatever we could think of and now I’m happy to be back to meal planning!
The past two times we have been grocery shopping have been a bit chaotic since we didn’t have a plan, we would just walk down the isles and pick up things we thought we needed or that looked good…not the best way to stick to a grocery budget!
Here is this week’s plan:
Monday- Baked Chicken & Potato Wedges
Tuesday- County Style Ribs with Baked Potatoes
Wednesday- Chicken Salad Sandwiches with Apple Slices
Thursday- Spaghetti & Meatballs with Garlic Bread
Friday- Chicken Alfredo Pizza
Saturday- Grilled Pork Chops with Pinto Beans
Sunday- Roast with Carrots and Potatoes
I really struggle when it comes to healthy side dishes. What are some of your favorite healthy sides?
