Meal Plan, Week of March 29

Wow! March is almost over and I will be full-term on Wednesday! Oh my! We’re so excited about meeting our son very soon!
Here’s the dinner plan for this week (breakfast will be fruit and cereal and lunches leftovers):
Monday-Potato Soup
Tuesday-Homemade Pizza with neighbors!
Wednesday-Pork Chops and Dill Sauce with Mashed Potatoes and Cheddar Biscuits
Thursday-BBQ Pork Chops with Broccoli and Cheese and Cheddar Biscuits
Friday&Saturday-In-laws in town, we’ll do pizza one night!
Since I am so close to having our baby, I’ve also complied a list of post-baby meals that is on our refrigerator (it also lists where the freezer meal is so our mom’s can have easy access if they want to fix a freezer meal while visiting!)
Here are our post-baby freezer meals:
- BBQ Sandwiches x2 (using pulled pork & buns in freezer)
- Sausage Pizza
- Pizza Pockets x 3
- Spaghetti & Meatballs x3 (using Italian Meatballs in freezer & canned spaghetti sauce)
- Meatloaf x2
- Lasagna x2
If I have the energy this week, I plan to cook up a few more meals to put in the freezer to make our transition to parenthood just a little bit easier!
