These cookies are delicious! Perfect to bake and give as gifts during the Christmas season!
Ingredients:
3 tsp cinnamon
1 1/2 cup sugar
additional 1/4 cup sugar
1 cup butter
2 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
2 3/4 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
Directions:
Cream 1 1/2 cups of sugar and the butter until light and fluffy for at least 2 to 3 minutes. Add eggs and vanilla and beat well.
Add dry ingredients, blend well.
Roll 1/2 Tablespoonfuls of dough in mixture of 3 tsp cinnamon and 1/4 cup sugar.
Space balls 1-inch apart on cookie sheets.
Bake for 8-10 minutes at 400; cookies will be soft and puffy. Let cool a minute before taking off cookie sheet.
