My husband watches his cholesterol, so we try to avoid a lot of oil and butter. We use Skippy Natural peanut butter, and the texture/consistency of it reminds me of Jif, Peter Pan, or any other regular peanut butter. So it just might work with your recipe. I'll have to try it!
